Julie Pruitt, Tidewater Soil and Water Conservation District at the Gloucester, VA Arbor Day tree give away.  Tidewater Soil and Water Conservation District has given away over 100 trees to Gloucester County residents every year for the past two years to celebrate Arbor Day.
